From November 2025, all directors and PSCs must have their identity verified

Just when you thought running a business wasn’t difficult enough, Directors of UK limited companies and Persons of Significant control (PSC) must verify their identity or use a registered organisation to verify their details.
At Wilmslow Accountancy Services we will complete all necessary checks to Companies House standards. We are a fully approved provider.

These verifications are required in order for a company to be able to complete its confirmation statement (annual return)
